Interest in open-plan kitchens, known for their ability to enhance the perception of space, is also on the rise. More than two in five homeowners are opting to make their kitchens more open to adjacent rooms as part of their renovation projects, while a third are embracing completely open-plan designs with no separating walls, which can make building control a little tricky!
